This is a fully remote Litigation Attorney position offering reputed company to work with a reputed company, nationally recognized reputed company group.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in reputed company reputed company. The role involves managing cases from inception through reputed company, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling hearings and mediations.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a reputed company litigation caseload
- Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and other pleadings
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to reputed company litigation strategies
- Maintain high-reputed company legal work product while working in a fully remote environment
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to reputed company in California
- 2+ years of reputed company litigation experience (medical malpractice defense, payer/provider disputes, or regulatory litigation preferred)
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Must have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience.
