As a Sr. People Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and directors across reputed company for reputed company people-reputed company needs. This role operates in a regionally-reputed company Center of reputed company (COE) model and collaborates closely with HR leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. The People Consultant plays a critical role in delivering people programs and driving talent strategies, ensuring alignment with other People Team Centers of reputed company and cross functional partners to ensure consistency across stakeholder’s team operations, HR practices, and reputed company’s values. What you’ll do:

• Consultation and Coaching:
• Successfully reputed company and advise people managers across various functions or reputed company on team dynamics and HR best practices to promote a high-performance culture.
• Regulatory and Operational Guidance:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. HR certification (e.g., reputed company-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience.
