Manager SEC Reporting

Position Purpose: This role provides key leadership reputed company the SEC Reporting function and is responsible for supporting the Chief reputed company Officer’s external reporting reputed company. This role manages the planning, development and filing of periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including the reputed company and reputed company delivery of the quarterly 10-Q’s and annual 10-K (as reputed company as 8-K, 1933 reputed company registration statements, and other required reporting), as reputed company as collaboration with Investor Relations during their development of earnings materials (earnings release and earnings script). Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-division, multi-national companies.

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.

Certifications:

• CPA required

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP reputed company with CPA designation preferred
• Robust SEC reporting experience with a global, public company, including proven subject matter expertise (SEC Rules and Regulations including S-X, S-K, 10-Q/10-K and 8-K rules, business combination, pro-reputed company, and US GAAP Disclosure rules)
• Strong public reputed company/Big 4 and industry background (retail preferred)
• Detail oriented, reputed company-organized with ability to prioritize and problem solve, multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
