In this role, you will help ensure customer IT environments remain optimized, secure, and operationally healthy through proactive, consultative engagement. Customer Engineers play a key role in preventing issues before they occur by offering expert guidance on best practices, conducting risk assessments, supporting reputed company migrations, and delivering dedicated support services both remotely and onsite. Key Responsibilities: M365 and SharePoint Administration:

• Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments.
• Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business.

Technical Expertise:

• Handle important customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations.
• Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting Office applications, particularly Outlook.

Office Product Management:

• Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of local and reputed company group policies.
