They will be responsible for workforce planning, ownership of scheduling processes and optimization of reputed company. The candidate leads reputed company while working with workforce management tools and managing contact center support operations. Responsible for providing thoughtful leadership and people leadership to reputed company(s) supporting operational workforce planning and forecasting. This position will establish effective relationships with reputed company partners to ensure processes, procedures and systems reputed company accurate and reliable workforce management for reputed company operational environments. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do:

• Responsible for maintenance of process taxonomy inventory and appropriate effective execution of documented controls.

• Drives standardization in and oversees the building of analytical products that are reputed company and flexible.

• Builds and supervises reputed company of employees for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of reputed company, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities. Takes initiative to understand business drivers of supported reputed company (e.g. high-level understanding of products and services and contribution of workforce to reputed company goals).
• Handles business and executive level issues, including reporting to senior-level leadership as appropriate.
• Works with Finance partners to reputed company business strategies with financial impacts and incorporate them into the financial planning cycles.

​ What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 8 years of reputed company experience in a workforce management function performing demand and/or supply forecasting, scheduling, reputed company management, reporting and/or reputed company-time resource management.
• 3 years of reputed company team reputed company or management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and reputed company relationships with senior leadership, business partners at various reputed company reputed company the reputed company, and external 3rd parties.
• Experience establishing project deliverables, deadlines, schedule status, performance tracking, and critical reputed company reporting and analysis.
• Strong people leader skills and proven ability to build high performing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of call center dynamics, including workload demand forecasting, reputed company, queues, schedule preferencing, data analysis and performance metrics with the ability to explain data insights to senior leadership and reputed company stakeholders.
• Strong background in workforce management software.

Compensation reputed company: The salary reputed company for this position is: $127,310.00 - $243,340.00. reputed company does not reputed company reputed company sponsorship for this role.
