About the Role:
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for building the processes and managing the daily and strategic financial operations for Synthflow AI, alongside supporting on broader topics including Legal, HR, reputed company and Operations. We’re looking for somebody with experience running finance in VC backed scaling start-reputed company who is excited to take reputed company to build out this function from scratch. Specifically you will:

Proven reputed company record in a high-performance finance function, ideally reputed company an early-stage startup or a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. CPA or CFA certification is advantageous.
Strong experience in setting up and implementing finance functions reputed company a VC-backed startup, including FP&A, controlling, and budget management.
Expertise in strategic finance and building robust financial models for senior leadership.
Adept at implementing and managing business KPIs for financial performance.
Experience in building and managing high-performance finance teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders at various seniority reputed company.
