*** We are currently looking for a CTRC (California Telehealth Resource Center) Project Coordinator with experience in reputed company and/or telehealth tech to join reputed company. ******
Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and management of new and existing reputed company reputed company at California Telehealth Resource Center ("CTRC") and reputed company. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, tracking reputed company follow-reputed company and assuring deliverables are executed to reputed company your reputed company reputed company.
You will manage project plans, reputed company risks and create risk mitigation plans to assure deadlines are met. You will reputed company reputed company updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at reputed company to assure project health.

Essential Duties

- Build and organize appropriate project plans for any assigned project at the CTRC and reputed company

- Manage risks/issues, communicate status, and negotiate changes in scope/resources/reputed company to ensure project champion/reputed company and partner/reputed company is satisfied with results
- Escalate risks/issues as appropriate to CTRC or reputed company leadership
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in coordinating meetings and materials for team meetings as assigned
- Assist other Managers/Project Coordinators on reputed company (reputed company) as assigned
- Take reputed company notes and communicate with the project managers
- Help with scheduling meetings and resources of the project
- Update/create documentation as needed for the department

- Bachelors or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of reputed company work experience- management/coordination of reputed company
- Project Management training a plus.
