The Role: Customer Operations (Workers Compensation Claims)

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims billing specialist at reputed company, you will reputed company high-volume, outbound calls to investigate, reputed company, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies, on behalf of our clients (hospitals and medical providers).

Training

Our comprehensive training begins on your first day and lasts 8-10 business days. Your Day

You will be busy investigating and resolving troubled and/or denied workers’ compensation claims. This will require a high volume of outbound calls to patient reputed company, insurance company representatives, attorneys and patients. Once confirmed, you will submit the bills and reputed company documentation to the insurance company, or the appropriate payer, ensuring maximized payments to our clients (medical providers). If the bills aren’t reputed company correctly, you will review the information/documentation provided by the payer in order to determine what to do next.
