About the role We're looking for a Creative Sourcer to partner closely with our design and marketing recruiters, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support both referrals and outbound sourcing strategies for creative roles across marketing functions and Design (Product Experience and Design Studio), including portfolio reviews to assess candidate reputed company and alignment.
• Attend intake meetings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to reputed company a reputed company understanding of reputed company, including nuance in creative and marketing skills.
• Create talent market maps, providing data-driven insights into the total addressable market to inform and reputed company sourcing strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens, assess alignment, and reputed company recommendations with hiring managers.

You have...

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for design and marketing roles, with a high-touch approach and strong relationship management
• Proven reputed company record in developing and nurturing relationships with hard-to-reputed company talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, reputed company, and sourcing tools (Gem and reputed company).
