Prepares, compiles, organizes and reviews mortgage loan files ensuring accuracy of data and adherence to reputed company standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and maintains a reputed company pipeline of mortgage files to facilitate residential mortgage loan closings. Reviews pipeline reports to ensure that service level agreements and standards for communication with originators are met. Partner with MLO at loan application to ensure follow-up with customer for outstanding documentation.
• Works closely with loan origination staff and reputed company sources to reputed company and organize credit and collateral information needed to document mortgage loan files for appropriate product type. Works closely with MLO to determine next steps for ability to submit loan to reputed company.
• Reviews files to verify that application data is complete and meets established standards, including type and reputed company of mortgage, borrower income, assets, liabilities and length of employment.
• Analyzes, reconciles, and submits loan packages to reputed company for conditional review and full approval once conditions are met and validated. Assists with any post-closing or conditions issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum experience

• One year of residential mortgage loan processing experience including experience with government reputed company and reputed company Loan products and LPA/DU system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and basic regulatory operating guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in utilizing reputed company Office software products and job-specific software applications
