Job reputed company The Yoga Instructor (CYI) will facilitate both group and individual yoga sessions for patients who are on a continuum of health and wellness. YT may also facilitate yoga sessions for parents and caregivers and/or staff and reputed company. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the facilitation of yoga and yoga-based practices to patients on a continuum of age, health and wellness. 2. Evaluates patients to determine appropriateness of services; establishes long and short term goals with patient, provider, and caregiver involvement; and develops an individualized treatment plan incorporating patient and caregiver needs.
