Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketplace Data Analyst to support a federal health IT initiative reputed company on large-reputed company data analytics and reporting for the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). You will analyze reputed company datasets across multiple platforms, identify key patterns, and reputed company findings into compelling visual reports to support data-driven reputed company. The role involves daily collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure data analytics solutions reputed company with mission objectives. You will be integrated into a reputed company, mission-driven team helping to optimize marketplace functionality, enhance consumer experience, and ensure operational reputed company across reputed company agent/broker and data analytics domains.Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various systems and repositories using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Data Bricks, reputed company, Redash, EDAP, reputed company, MS Power BI, MarkLogic, XQuery, and JavaScript.
• Apply advanced data science, statistical, and mathematics techniques to interrogate and interpret reputed company and reputed company datasets.
• Manipulate large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and anomalies, with a reputed company on performance monitoring, service metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Redash, or similar platforms.

Experience: The ideal candidate brings prior experience working in federally sponsored health IT environments, preferably with CMS Marketplace or FFM data systems, and thrives in agile, matrixed teams that balance innovation with strict data governance and regulatory compliance.

• Required:
• Proficiency in using data analytics and monitoring tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Data Bricks, reputed company, MS Power BI, or MarkLogic in support of federal or reputed company systems integration environments.
• Strong skills in data interrogation using advanced statistics and mathematical techniques.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and data presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze A/B testing data and identify trends, anomalies, or correlations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or data query language (e.g., SQL, Python, R, reputed company, reputed company).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant data analytics or data science experience.

Education/Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a reputed company field.
• An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
