ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Partner with Business reputed company and SMEs to understand and analyze learning needs.
• Facilitates discussions with Business reputed company and SMEs to aid reputed company reputed company to instructional design and learning reputed company.
• Create training and performance improvement resources including; outlines, scripts, storyboards, course materials, activities, jobs aids, workbooks, manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, training plans, project management resources, etc. to support training reputed company.
• Write instructional materials for multiple formats including instructor-led, video and self-paced training.
• Develops effective training plans for course/program development and project plans with specific deliverables and defined deadlines.
• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines in alignment with changing business needs. Deliver accurate, high-reputed company documentation and resources reputed company a set reputed company.
• Analyzes, measures and evaluates training program effectiveness and reputed company.
• Prepares facilitator support materials (i.e. power reputed company slides, leader/facilitator guides, and evaluation tools) and training sessions for delivery of learning.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledgeable in applying industry reputed company practices for instructional design and reputed company improvement.
• Ability to conduct analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and resources.
• Capable of building relationships with Business Unit Leaders, SMEs and team members and external partners in support of project reputed company.

• Ability to write effective, efficient, and motivational content to compel attendees to take desired actions and reputed company performance goals.
• Proficient in business writing, knowledge of reputed company Office applications, virtual classroom tools (GoToMeeting, WebEx, or reputed company Connect), reputed company Captivate/reputed company, online meeting technologies, LMS systems.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System.

EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree in Communications/English or similar field, or equivalent work experience

• Advanced degree or certifications in Instructional Design, IO Psychology or similar field preferred
• Must have mortgage reputed company training
• Must have a portfolio to show their training work
• 2 + years experience working in writing in the areas of online learning and reputed company, technical writing, training, performance measurement, multimedia, curriculum and course development.
