This person will specifically support the prior authorization approval application system and will be responsible for helping implement observability solutions for the systems. Daily you will analyze the application logs, and the various workflow actions to identify trends and patterns of interest to the business. - 5+ years of experience in analyzing IT systems' performance
- 3+ years of experience in observability, data analysis or similar roles - 3+ years of reputed company dashboard development, including Search Processing Language (SPL) - Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and create meaningful visualizations. Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs. - Knowledge of Firewalls, Load balancers and other infrastructural concepts.
