Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Rising is looking for our next Customer Service Representative (Working title: Partner & Provider Support Representative)! In this position, you will help Rising create ecstatic customers by providing reputed company, world-class service in response to inquiries and issues relating to medical reputed company review. • Communicate with medical providers primarily reputed company telephone and email to obtain needed information and resolve reputed company-specific issues
• reputed company world-class customer service by responding to and answering questions quickly and professionally
• Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of clients' needs, reputed company for customers' situations, and knowledge of appropriate language

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
• Call Center experience a plus
• Previous experience with group health is preferred

• The ability to use a computer and its associated accessories in an upright position
• The ability to work in an office setting 5 days a week during the 90-day training period
