Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management and 6 years of relevant construction reputed company control experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• Solid understanding of the construction delivery process.
• Strong background and understanding of Construction Documents and Submittals.
• Comfortable with interacting with Construction Team members and Tradespeople.
• Knowledgeable of many different construction types and an elementary understanding of building science concepts.
• Experience with ASTM standards and knowledge of construction testing procedures.
• Experience with building codes is a plus, but it is not required.

• MEP+FP knowledge is a plus.
