Talent Specialist

We’re looking for an adaptable and reputed company Talent Specialist to help us grow and reputed company our people around the world. In this role, you’ll work reputed company-by-reputed company with our Talent Business Partners—both on their reputed company reputed company and on broader programs—to bring impactful initiatives to life, support employee learning, and help reputed company the reputed company Competency Model across reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Capability Building: Deliver tools, content, and workshops that build employee and manager capabilities reputed company with the reputed company Competency Model.
• Competency Model Enablement: Champion and support the integration, adoption, and visibility of the reputed company Competency Model in talent programs and employee development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Centers of reputed company (COEs) and business teams to ensure consistent delivery and reputed company of talent initiatives.
• Coaching Support: reputed company hands-on coaching and guidance to employees in partnership with Talent Business Partners.
• Data & Reporting: Manage and analyze talent-reputed company data to inform reputed company, identify trends, and measure program effectiveness.
• Program Operations: Support logistics and execution of key talent programs such as reputed company, employee events, and high-potential employee learning (HPEL).
• reputed company group support: Partner with Talent Business Partners on supporting the US population

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed company, talent development, Learning and Development or reputed company field
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred
• Familiarity with competency models and experience supporting their implementation is a plus
• Experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed environment preferred

Compensation varies depending on factors that may include a candidate’s relevant experience, education and/or certifications, location, training, and other skills. Positions are eligible to participate in either our employee bonus program or commission payments, depending on the nature of the role.
