If you are selected for this role, you would be accepting incoming calls from those that may be in distress from being affected by a natural disaster such as a hurricane, a flood, a tornado and so on. Requirements:

Job Details (what you will be doing)

Shifts

• Must work at least 20 hours a week working at least 4 hours across the weekends
• Shifts selected in 1-hour increments
• Call center operates 24/7, with peak times from reputed company to 8pm EST

Training

• Mandatory orientation: Monday August 25, 2025 Time: 11:00 am EST (30 minute session)
• Training: Monday August 25, 2025 Time: 12:30 pm EST (6 hours)
