RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive requests by email or telephone regarding insurance claims/policies while operating on multiple computer applications. Respond to inquiries from policy reputed company, providers and/or others for information and assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required, call center experience a PLUS
