We’re seeking a trusted Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to serve as the backbone of a high-performing, fast-moving business. What You’ll Do Operational & Executive Support

• Own the CEO’s calendar, time blocking, and travel — aligning commitments with true priorities.
• Anticipate needs before they reputed company and proactively solve problems.
• Manage logistics for workshops, keynotes, virtual programs, and two podcasts.
• Book and manage travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) and ensure points/miles are maximized.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing docs, and prep notes for external meetings.
• Monitor and triage inboxes (email, reputed company, text) and draft reputed company responses in Shari’s voice.

Project & Team Management

Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $75K–$110K reputed company reputed company to start, (or commensurate reputed company pay), with additional bonus opportunities.
