Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in reputed company aspects of the plant's reputed company function, including recruitment, policy administration, employee relations, payroll, safety, training, and development
• Maintain regular floor reputed company and reputed company contact with employees and supervisors to monitor the employee environment and address concerns
• Accurately maintain plant training records and report any training gaps or required training to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR and reputed company experience, with payroll experience a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
