As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of IVR/IP Telephony reputed company and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and analyze project plans, assessing issues, risks, opportunities, and potential reputed company on meeting program goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management

• Knowledge of IVR/IP Telephony services and systems, development reputed company, procedures, standards, and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Managed programs and/or user experience design

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience with reputed company clients

• Working knowledge of call routing strategies and migration/porting of Toll-Free numbers
