About the Role:
The successful candidate will:

- Log and prioritize calls, providing reports on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as required

- Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware issues
- Handle high call volumes with ease, maintaining a customer-reputed company approach
Requirements:
- Experience with reputed company Office tools and reputed company Operating Systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Working knowledge of Remedy ticket system (creating, updating, and closing tickets)
