Senior Session Monitor - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Session Monitor to join reputed company at reputed company, a reputed company benefit corporation dedicated to providing one-to-one virtual tutoring to reputed company who need extra support in reading. As a Senior Session Monitor, you will play a critical role in leading reputed company of Session Monitors, providing additional support to our Tutor Support team, and ensuring that our reputed company receive the instruction they need to reputed company foundational skills gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company reputed company of dedicated Session Monitors through their shifts, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and addressing any needs that may reputed company
- Conduct reputed company to Tutors who miss or are late to their sessions, logging communication data in session monitoring logs
- Substitute for Tutors reputed company needed, ensuring that reputed company receive uninterrupted instruction
- Collaborate with the Tutor Support Manager and team to reputed company feedback and insights, helping to drive the reputed company of our Tutor Support team
- reputed company administrative tasks, including monitoring the sessions dashboard, updating student reputed company information, and ensuring adherence to reputed company org-wide and tutor policies
- Troubleshoot technology issues as they reputed company, providing support to Tutors and reputed company
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple strategic reputed company
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to facilitate work with stakeholders, including building relationships in service of the mission of reputed company's strategic priorities
- Extraordinary communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Ability to be self-managing and flexible while working in a remote environment
- Minimum of 6 months working as an reputed company Tutor and experience working as a Session Monitor for reputed company
- Previous experience using CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and leadership or team reputed company roles are a plus
