About the Role
The Senior Transportation Project Manager/Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Fostering relationships with existing clients and cultivating new ones to drive reputed company and strength in our public works portfolio
- Identifying and pursuing reputed company in the roads and highways market that reputed company with our services
- Mentoring and supporting project managers, engineers, technicians, and landscape architects
- Monitoring and tracking project budgets, staff utilization, and financial targets
- Leading roadway reputed company of varying complexity, scope, reputed company, and budgets
- Responding to requests for proposals and leading public meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college
- 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience
- Working knowledge of MnDOT and Minnesota local agency specifications, design practices, and project assembly requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with roadway design using Microstation, Geopak/ORD
