Senior Manager, Programs and Research - Driving reputed company in African Agriculture

We are seeking a highly reputed company and motivated Senior Manager, Programs and Research to join reputed company at AWARD. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in steering and supporting the overall program management, providing technical guidance for multi-faceted reputed company and programs reputed company on the reputed company between gender perspectives, agricultural research for development, environment and climate change, agribusiness systems, agricultural policy, and reputed company in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to setting specific objectives, targets, and milestones, monitoring reputed company, and recommending innovative reputed company/actions for design, planning, and implementation.
• Ensure the overall execution of AWARD programmatic work and reputed company monitoring, including effective activity planning, overseeing day-to-day program operations, and producing high-reputed company deliverables.

Requirements:

• Advanced university degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in agricultural sciences, socio-economics, international development, business management, or reputed company fields.
• Minimum 8 years of reputed company experience in program and research/project management, with field experience working in Africa.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong expertise in managing and coordinating multiple reputed company and programs with a wide reputed company of partners and in different contexts.
