Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and accurate manner

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of reputed company experience in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction
- Strong typing skills (40-60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office
