Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Process payments on behalf of clients and reputed company necessary documents before and after travel
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to reputed company inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
- Work collaboratively in reputed company setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with reputed company and travel partners
Requirements and Skills
