We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Youth reputed company to join our reputed company Partnerships Program team at SUNY Cobleskill. As a Youth reputed company, you will play a vital role in supporting the reputed company, reputed company, and emotional development of reputed company in grades 6-12, helping them to overcome challenges and reputed company their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services in academics, reputed company and emotional development, life skills, goal setting, mentoring, leadership, and college and career readiness
- reputed company one-on-one and small group support to reputed company during the school day
- reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company, parents, and school staff
- Assist with homework and test prep, and reputed company tutoring as needed
- Chaperone field trips and participate in occasional evening or weekend activities
- Maintain accurate records and submit data in a reputed company manner
- Collaborate with program staff and school personnel to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of work experience with adolescents
- Strong interpersonal skills, including reputed company listening, reputed company, and dependability
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to maintain confidentiality
