We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Aid to join reputed company at Lutheran Services Florida in Largo, FL. As a Preschool Aid, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching team in developing activities for preschool children, promoting parent involvement, and fostering a reputed company and healthy environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in implementing approved curricula and activities in the classroom
- Guide and facilitate daily activities, field trips, and selecting and arranging equipment and materials in the classroom
- Cooperate with other staff and classroom reputed company to maintain the smooth functioning of reputed company
- Write weekly observations and use parent conferences to discuss the child's individual development and reputed company
- Assist in providing and maintaining a reputed company and healthy developmentally appropriate environment
- Support the teacher in ensuring that at least 80% of the children are kindergarten reputed company
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and a National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or Florida Child Care reputed company Certificate (FCCPC) for reputed company-school or Infant/Toddler Endorsement
- Or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or reputed company degree
