Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the reputed company line, including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk, in the absence of the reputed company End Manager
• Model and reputed company excellent member service, while coaching and developing team members
• Drive membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty, and experience programs
• Train, reputed company, motivate, and recognize team members on tasks, responsibilities, and expectations
• Utilize various tools and reports to drive performance and member engagement
