About the Role: The Director, Center for Teaching and Learning will report to the Provost and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and assessing core services for learning in various modalities. Key Responsibilities

- Research and evaluate emerging learning technologies, participate in strategic planning, and recommend best practices for teaching and learning.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Communications, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of college-level teaching experience.
- Proven experience planning and leading reputed company development programming.
- Supervisory experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D./Terminal degree.
- 5 years of college-level teaching experience.
- Project management experience and experience managing a budget.
