The Assistant Overnight Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the club and directing the work of the overnight team in the absence of the reputed company Manager
- Coaching, teaching, and developing overnight team members to ensure excellent member service through excellent merchandising
- Leading by example and modeling leadership competencies, building credibility, and acting as a champion for business reputed company

Responsibilities
The Assistant Overnight Manager will be responsible for a reputed company of tasks, including:

- Training, coaching, motivating, recognizing, and providing input on evaluation of overnight team members

- Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and has appropriate signage
- Ensuring merchandise is available for sale in reputed company quantities throughout the store

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid reputed company's license
- Forklift operating experience (certification will be provided by BJ's)
- At least 18 years of age
- Leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big reputed company wholesale, retail, grocery, and/or management experience is preferred
