We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Travel Support Counselor to join our November 4, 2024, class. As a Travel Support Counselor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our reputed company, ensuring an unforgettable experience that drives loyalty and referrals.
About the Role

- Manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, reputed company reputed company on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries
- Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using reputed company-based software
- Communicate comprehensive information to reputed company, including details about our products and policies
- reputed company monthly performance goals and demonstrate a strong ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
- Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
- Experience using GDS (reputed company/reputed company) is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
- History of consistently attaining performance goals
- High attention to detail and a reputed company attitude
- International travel/work experience is preferred
