About the Role

- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special services staff, and learning coaches to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a reputed company field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in a reputed company environment
- Minimum of 2 years of educational experience
- Strong background in student support services, mentoring, educational programs, and communication
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with making mandated reported calls and working with reputed company of different backgrounds
