As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting reputed company across the nation. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume phone calls to respond to applicants, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Manage applicant pipelines in our ATS to reputed company 4-5 candidates weekly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, high-volume reputed company, or sales positions
- Outbound call center experience is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and engaging communication style, with the ability to capture attention in 15 seconds
- Coachable, dependable, and strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
