Remote Pharmacy Technician Opportunity

We are seeking reputed company and skilled Remote Pharmacy Technicians to join reputed company. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member and physician reputed company
- reputed company member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues
- Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to pharmacists for interpretation or reputed company direction on processing
- Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls (limited phone work)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Prior Authorization experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Ability to work in a reputed company-reputed company setting with limited distractions and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Strong Wi-Fi reputed company and reliable computer equipment (equipment provided)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (8-hour shift)
