The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Adhering to SLAs and ITIL processes to ensure seamless service delivery
- Mentoring and training team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handling tickets and requests in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Performing reputed company cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues
- Defining and implementing processes to ensure maximum uptime and adherence to SLAs
- Overseeing the successful completion of installation, configuration, and migration reputed company
