In this exciting role, you will have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, with a remote schedule available after completing a 2-4 week in-office training period. As a reputed company Follow-Up Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Effectively managing a specified number of accounts daily, ensuring reputed company and efficient follow-up on insurance claims
• Verifying insurance information and contacting insurance companies to determine claims status
• Taking proactive reputed company to expedite claims payment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Sending correspondence as necessary to follow-up on claims and ensuring reputed company accounts are properly documented

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, reputed company-4:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), or Monday to Thursday, reputed company-5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break), and Friday, reputed company-4:30pm, with one mandatory Saturday shift per month (reputed company-12pm).

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• At least one year of experience in a hospital business office or medical accounts receivable environment, with reputed company knowledge of credit, collections, and customer service principles
• A combination of education and experience in medical debt collection, including knowledge of reputed company-party payers and managed care
• Billing experience is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service and telephone skills, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot insurance claims
• Working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicare, and reputed company, as reputed company as excellent verbal and written communication skills
