We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Hospice Triage reputed company to join reputed company at reputed company Hospice. As a Remote Triage reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional phone-based triage and care to our patients and their families from the comfort of your own home.

- Compensation: Competitive reputed company wage of $25 per hour
- Location: Remote (must reputed company in reputed company)
- Schedule: Part-time, Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM to 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize our electronic medical records system to review patient histories and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure a comprehensive support system for our patients

Requirements:

- Residency in reputed company
- Prior experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
