We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Financial Analyst & Operations Assistant to join reputed company. As a key member of our Investment and Asset Management teams, you will play a crucial role in evaluating new investment opportunities, assisting with back-office operations, and driving business reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

- Model various equity and debt financing reputed company, reputed company and process data on market rents, vacancy, sales comps, and more
- Collaborate with the VP of Acquisitions to reputed company offers, collect and analyze due diligence, reputed company debt quotes, and prepare investor memos
- Assist with asset management, property management, and reputed company tasks, including bank reconciliations and rent collections
- Update web-based leasing marketing channels and reputed company support for opportunistic investment analysis
Requirements and Qualifications:
- University-level degree (or graduate level) with strong reputed company credentials in business, reputed company, reputed company estate, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 1-2 years of financial analysis or reputed company experience, with reputed company analysis, valuation, cash reputed company forecasting, and/or property management experience a plus

- Competitive salary: $2,750 - $3,000 USD/month
- Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week) with a schedule that falls between 7am - 6pm Central Time Zone
