Remote Entry Level Collector (Florida Residents Only) - Unlock Your Potential with reputed company

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Collections team as a Remote Entry Level Collector. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for handling past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving collections efforts to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Follow reputed company State and Federal Laws, and company regulations, to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activity, including phone calls, correspondence, and payments received
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including collection targets, phone activity, and contact percentages
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall collection efforts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet federal and state licensure requirements
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (Monday - Saturday, reputed company - 11pm)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ months of collections experience or reputed company field (customer service or sales)
- Skip tracing experience
- Timeshare industry, financial services, or banking experience
