We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Dispatcher to join reputed company at Workwarp, a leading provider of indoor heating and reputed company conditioning solutions. As a key member of our Residential Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.

In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound phone calls, schedule service and maintenance appointments, maintain our customer database, and reputed company daily outbound calls. You will also be responsible for routing technicians based reputed company and fostering a reputed company team atmosphere reputed company reputed company team.
Work Schedule:
- Wednesday: On-site at our Chantilly office (reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home (reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of previous call center experience
- Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills using our customer database (Service Titan)
Remote Work Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- High-speed internet
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
