Responsibilities:
As a Remote Collection Specialist, you will:
- reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients' patients while accurately recording their information
- Assist with account reputed company by communicating account information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company and courteous manner

Technical Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A quiet and private workspace with high-speed internet (at least 20mbs download and 10mbs upload) and the ability to hardwire reputed company ethernet

- Residency in one of the following states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
