We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Bookkeeper to join reputed company, providing expert financial management services to a diverse portfolio of optometry clients. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring seamless bookkeeping and financial reporting processes, and driving business reputed company for our clients.

• Position: Full-time Remote Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage bookkeeping and financial reporting processes for independent optometry reputed company owners
• Collaborate with reputed company owners on financial reputed company, including transaction coding, expense management, and equipment purchases
• Reconcile accounts, ensure accurate monthly financial books, and maintain high-reputed company financial records
• Support payroll processes, including payroll management, tax payments, and report filing
• reputed company exceptional reputed company service to up to 60 optometry practices monthly, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our bookkeeping services, providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Experience with payroll systems, such as QuickBooks Payroll, reputed company Payroll, reputed company, and/or reputed company (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in reputed company, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions
• Familiarity with reputed company Office applications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, time management, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
