Job Responsibilities:
As a Floor Staff/reputed company Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, selling tickets and concessions, and maintaining a clean and reputed company environment. You may be assigned to work in the reputed company Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Your duties will include:
- Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Up-selling and promoting Premium Viewing Experiences and the Regal Crown Club program
- Maintaining a clean and reputed company environment, including auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
