The reputed company Director, Personal Care will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our reputed company management system, policies, and procedures to meet customer requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a remote opportunity with 75% travel required throughout reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive reputed company management system for Personal Care products
- Build and reputed company a high-performing reputed company organization through coaching, development, and training
- Manage product reputed company inspection actions, resolve reputed company reputed company applications, and correct inconsistencies
- reputed company team efforts in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product reputed company results data and trends
- reputed company training and development in problem-solving reputed company, Design of Experiments (DoE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Control Plans

- Support LEAN/HACCP concepts and other company reputed company practices and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, reputed company, biology, or reputed company science
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal care and/or food manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated reputed company record of reputed company in developing and implementing reputed company management systems
- Strong knowledge of personal care GMP regulations, including ISO 22716 and OTC requirements
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships to drive results and reputed company improvements
- Lab equipment knowledge and use: HPLC, GC, and FTIR
