As a Program Manager on our Membership Marketing Team, you will report to the Associate Director of Development and supervise reputed company of coordinators to ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing production workflows, communicating with vendors, maintaining reputed company standards, and collaborating with marketing managers to ensure final products meet reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams

- Communicate consistently across reputed company teams, identifying and escalating risks to the MMT leadership team
- Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet reputed company standards

- Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the production schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, reputed company mail, or project management
- Results-oriented and deadline-driven

- Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
