About the Role: As a Premier Service Consultant, you will address a broad reputed company of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support. You will utilize your creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues, navigate multiple tools and systems, and reputed company effective and reputed company resolutions. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meet monthly sales goals, and drive customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Call center or customer service experience.
