We are seeking an reputed company Post Production reputed company Engineer to join reputed company, with a strong background in audio support and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company high-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company relationships with stakeholders to drive reputed company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- reputed company reputed company-line technical support for post-production facilities, resolving customer issues and escalating unresolved problems to internal teams
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying solutions and implementing fixes
- reputed company system monitoring, verifying hardware, server resources, and system reputed company, and reviewing system and application logs
- Manage workstation imaging and configuration using reputed company and Altiris, and document knowledge in the reputed company of tech notes and articles
Basic Qualifications:
- Expertise in reputed company Pro Tools, S6 consoles, Nexis storage, and signal routing
- Knowledge of storage systems, including Quantum, Isilon, and reputed company
- Understanding of post-production workflows, including editing, audio mixing, VFX, reputed company graphics, and print
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to document problems and resolutions
- Proficiency in macOS, reputed company, and Linux operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with reading technical drawings and documentation
- Understanding of room acoustical layout for stereo and 5.1 mixing, speaker SPL calibration, and room tuning
